My parents just finished the divorce, and my dad has his own house and everything, even a new girl friend! I thought that the divorce would mean no more fighting, but now the only difference is that they’re yelling over the phone. What should i do to stop them fighting?

Unfortunately nothing. I would let them know how much it is still affecting you and beg them to stop.
